Pint-Sized Science: Climate Change in the San Juans

Please join us this month in Friday Harbor for a family-friendly evening focused on learning about climate change and ocean acidification. First off, we will hear from Sarah Severn and Katie Fleming, who will cover recent climate change issues and ways our community can be a part of the solution. Next we will hear from Becca Guenther, who will talk about the causes of ocean acidification and the effect on marine organisms in the San Juans and around the region. We will close with hearing about meaningful individual actions that audience members can take to reduce their impact on Puget Sound waterways.
